Subject: Hide counter in subject

Hello all.
Some Mailinglists add counter to subject but I'd like to hide them when
I get and read e-mails.
For example:
Subject: [aaaa, 00001] Hide counter in subject
|
+
Subject: Hide counter in subject <--- I like this format. ;-)
How do I describe format line in .gnus(.el) file to Hide counter ?
Thanks.
