The unthinkable has happened.  Attached is a patch to the docs to
document the Gnus registry.

I didn't commit it because I'd like some comments (it's a very quick
read) and because the menu update screwed up the Gnus menus in it (I
edited that out of the patch), so I am not sure if the menus are
correct.  It's been many years since I edited Texinfo so any hints are
welcome.
