E runs the command gnus-mime-view-part-internally, which is an
interactive compiled Lisp function in `gnus-art.el'.
It is bound to E, <menu-bar> <MIME Part> <View Internally>.
(gnus-mime-view-part-internally &optional HANDLE)
View the MIME part under point with an internal viewer.
If no internal viewer is available, use an external viewer.
OK, but say what a second etc. press of E does.
Apparently it is a toggle.
And you didn't document HANDLE, or C-u...
