I suppose it might use a general mechanism too if there was one. I struck some text non-link title="" at the oeis recently, http://oeis.org/A000290 on the "KEYWORD" keywords at the bottom of the page, saying what the keywords mean. Probably better as links so it's visible in lesser browsers, but could be cute to pick it out if help-echo was somehow echoed on the console.
