AFAIK, the only way to get it is to ask Lars.  But it already has been
investigated:

The files on [1] are still there, but I guess beside trivial changes
some tags added later might be missing.

Unless someone comes up with a better solution, I'll ask Andreas to
repeat the procedure (delete all revisions before 5.2) and ask Lars to
install this file.
