Subject: Keeping agentized nnimap messages around after server goes away
Date: Thu, 05 May 2005 21:28:14 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <8764xx1nht.fsf@bang.priv.no> (raw)

Platform: debian sarge,
	  GNU Emacs 21.4.1,
No Gnus v0.3 (CVS update from January 14 2005)

One of my IMAP servers is going away (has already gone, in fact).

I'd like to keep the agentized folders around for a while (until I've
moved the messages in them to a new home, at least). Is there a way
to set that IMAP server in a permanently offlined mode, so that Gnus
doesn't try to open it when Gnus starts up?

I tried setting the server to offline in the Server buffer, stopping,
and starting Gnus. But Gnus still tries to open the server when it
starts up.

Any other way?

Thanx!
