Some messages get there automatically by splitting, but most are 'B m'ed there by me for occasional use in filter training. The folder expires mail automatically: ((timestamp 15983 7997) (auto-expire . t) (total-expire . t) (expiry-wait . 3)) Today I went to do a little training. I thought I had about 80 messages in the folder. But the directory contains over 1200 messages. Entering the group with C-u g doesn't show more than the 80 or so I expected. Rebuilding the NOV database didn't change anything. Why are all those extra files not also messages? Why don't they show up?
