As described in the documentation, I added

(add-hook 'gnus-article-decode-hook 'gnus-outlook-deuglify-article)

To my init file, however, emails in html format or smime signed message
are then displayed for example as

[[S/MIME Signed Part:Corrupted]]
[[End of S/MIME Signed Part]]

When I remove the hook and apply the function interactively everything
is fine, so it seems that the function is called *too early* in the
above setting, any ideas?

thanks
