Hi,

        I use Emacs 24 from Git, and for the last couple of days or so,
 Gnus just hangs on startup. I set debug-on-quit to t, and looked at the
 error, and having taken the precaution to load the .el file, I am
 enclosing the backtrace below.

        I went back to a december compile to post this message (and read
 my mail), but I'll try bisecting Emacs to see which commit introduced
 this issue, if this is not a known issue.
