Open the task, I suggest, unless Gaute is willing to commit to finishing
the job.  I ... have more than enough on my plate with having to move
offices, home and deal with a few other life issues that I can't promise
to finish the job.

(Plus, having done all the easy bits the rest is actually vaguely hard.)
