Your question isn't very clear, presumably because English is not your
primary language.  I hope this answers it.

nnml is probably the best choice for storing email in Gnus, by default.
It is the best tested back-end for local storage, and unless you have a
specific reason to use another format, is the best choice.

If you want to store your email on the server, nnimap is the best
choice.  This allows good remote mail access.
