ding-cvs list not working any more?

ding-cvs list not working any more?

[Lars Ingebrigtsen]

There haven't been a posting to the Gnus cvs list in quite a while.  Is
it dead, or are the git hooks on Quimby wonky, or is it a Gmane issue?

Yes it is, though I don't know why.  That's inconvenient to me,
an Emacs-Gnus synch'ing engineer.

I guess it's because you're using an invalid mail address for your
checkins:

Globally:

~/.gitconfig

  [user]
    name = ...
    email = ...

(There is a command to set these; I have forgotten what it is.)

I guess you can override it per repository in repo/.git/config, if
necessary.
