Subject: IMAP server migrated; now 2 groups always show unread mail
Date: Mon, 27 Jun 2011 08:58:03 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87ei2fpxqc.fsf@member.fsf.org> (raw)
Hi all,
the admins at my university migrated their IMAP server to some other
machine. Now I have two groups that always show 5 and 11 unread
messages after hitting `g' in *Group*.
When I hit `RET' on these groups, the unread count changes to 0 again
and the group is not entered.
It seems Gnus cached something that makes it look like there are unread
messages. Any suggestion how to fix things again. I should mention
that this server is not agentized.
Bye,
Tassilo
