Subject: Non-printable characters message too spacy
Date: Wed, 20 Oct 2010 19:25:09 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87eiblds2y.fsf@jidanni.org> (raw)
Instead of saying:
Non-printable characters found. Continue sending?:
d: Remove non-printable characters and send r: Replace non-printable characters with "." and send
i: Ignore non-printable characters and send e: Continue editing
Why not say
Non-printable characters found. Continue sending?:
d: Remove non-printable characters and send
r: Replace non-printable characters with "." and send
i: Ignore non-printable characters and send
e: Continue editing
I.e., more tidy.
Also say
i: Ignore non-printable characters and send them too anyway
