Hmm, I installed pgnus 0.99 and when I tried to post a followup to an
article, got an error. Here's the backtrace:

Signaling: (void-function article-decode-encoded-words)
  article-decode-encoded-words()
  gnus-copy-article-buffer()
  gnus-post-news(nil "comp.programming" [78358 "Simple C Question" "\"Daddyo\" <daddyo@thegrid.net>" #("Wed, 1 Dec 1999 20:29:07 -0800" 0 1 (gnus-time ...) 1 30 nil) "<MFm14.576$7t2.31467@typhoon-la.pbi.net>" "" 1051 11 "	spln comp.programming:78358"] "*Article*" (78358) nil nil)
  gnus-summary-followup((78358) nil)
  gnus-summary-followup-with-original(nil)
* call-interactively(gnus-summary-followup-with-original)

What'd I do wrong?
