I'm trying to split mail from various mail sources (the local spool, a pop
account, and an imap account) into nnimap (a second imap account). It's not
working as I'd expect. The nnimap is my primary select method, and mail in
INBOX there gets split appropriately. But mail from the mail sources gets
split up into a secondary select method, an nnml setup which I'd been using
until I decided to switch to imap (and which I plan to keep around for
archival purposes). So, since I have nnimap-split-rule and
nnmail-split-methods set to the same value, I get two sets of groups with the
same names, one of which is nnimap and contains nnimap mail, and the other
set is nnml and contains everything else.
Before I start banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why this
isn't working for me, is this supposed to work? Is it a known problem, or
am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!
Oh, and gnus-version reports "No Gnus v0.6" and I'm using the debian unstable
emacs-snapshot package (1:20070302-1).
