Hi,
since 2 weeks I'm using gnus without problem and I'm really happy.
I'm only experiencing some strnage problems with the codification in one
mailing list. I see some messages like that:

with this \363, \355,...
It is this message:

I'm trying to analyse the headers, but I don't see where the problem
could be...

It is likely that either the Content-Type header doesn't specify the
correct encoding, or there are mixed encondings in the message.

Maybe trying to solve the problem on your side: could it be that
pressing «W U» fixes the text? See the documentation at
https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/gnus/Article-Washing.html

For the records, I answer the question myself: it seems to work with
either (gnus-article-decode-charset) or
(gnus-article-decode-mime-words), which are bound to M W c/w
