I guess it is - it's been a while since I had to set it up (actually, I
think it also was a version of Outlook ago), so I can't help with where.
I do know that I have to use SSL (i.e. imaps).

I guess it depends on how they set it up, but the login/password for the
Exchange server at my workplace is identical to my usual login/password.
