Hi,
I suspect that this issue is related more to GMail than to Gnus itself,
but I'd like to know if you guys have already experimented this before.
I have many mailing-list-specific groups. My Gnus is set up to archive
the messages I send directly in the group I send them from. When I post
to a mailing list, I hence get my message twice: the archived one and
the one I receive from the list. This is the expected behavior and I
like it because it lets me know that the message went through (besides,
what you get from the list has all the additional headers and stuff).
However, now that I switched most of my subscriptions to gmail, it seems
that I don't get the messages from the list anymore -- only the one
archived in the group by Gnus.
Am I correct in assuming that gmail checks for duplicate messages by
Message-Id or so ? If so, that's annoying.
Thanks.
