Subject: Inaccuracy in the documentation

Hi,
the first thing is that the Gnus docs state that it corresponds to No
Gnus 0.4. I think it has to be 0.5, right?
,----[ (info "(gnus)Top") ]
| This manual corresponds to No Gnus v0.4.
`----
And there's an inaccuracy in the IMAP section. It states
,----[ (info "(gnus)IMAP") ]
| `nnimap-stream'
[...]
| * "starttls:" Connect via the STARTTLS extension (similar to
| TLS/SSL). Requires the external library `starttls.el' and
| program `starttls'.
`----
wheras starttls.el says
,----[ /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/gnus-cvs/starttls.el ]
| ;; This file now contains a combination of the two previous
| ;; implementations both called "starttls.el". The first one is Daiki
| ;; Ueno's starttls.el which uses his own "starttls" command line tool,
| ;; and the second one is Simon Josefsson's starttls.el which uses
| ;; "gnutls-cli" from GNUTLS.
`----
So you see it does not require the `starttls' program. Only if it's
there and `starttls-use-gnutls' is set to nil it will be used.
Bye,
Tassilo
