Hi,

Can gnus be used to move several mailboxes from one imap server to
another ? If so, does it keep track of gnus mail flags ?

thx

I don't think there's any "mass mailbox move" support, but you can enter
an nnmail group, process mark all the articles, and then copy them to
the mailbox on the other server.

That's what I was fearing..
I can however create a macro for this (emacs++) :)

I never tested this, but suppose a command fails when executing a macro
(ie. copy failure due to temporary imap disconnection): will the macro
abort (what I hope for) or will it try and continue next steps (which
might harm the mailboxes) ?

best

It will abort if something signals an error.
