Thanks, well that package is not in Ubuntu 16.04 but in 20.04 and I
know, I should upgrade 😇, but...
So I just tried out to download the NotoColorEmoji.ttf
from https://github.com/googlefonts/noto-emoji
But that seems not enough, most likely some png should be generated, but
I think right now, I will not try that out, it seems more sensible to
upgrade ubuntu.
