If they are really simple and basic, how come you don't answer them? If I knew the answers, or if I cared enough to investigate and happened to find the answer, I would tell you. I think that goes for everybody here. But frankly, I personally don't feel like going the extra mile to help someone who apparantly thinks "threatening" to drop Gnus is a good way to ask for help.
