I'm tired - sorry about the nonsense above. After downloading your key directly from keyserver.pgp.com I couldn't make the current version fail. My locale is utf-8, what's your locale? Adding "--display-charset iso-8859-1" didn't make it fail on my machine. I wonder why it fails on your. Maybe I should try changing locale on my machine.
