(And XEmacs 21 and up?) I can confirm Emacs 22, unless something has been broken in the last couple of days. (Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook remix/netbook edition, and 10.10 with the 2D-launcher in place of Unity, sizes the emacs 23 window wrongly. So I have to stay with emacs22)
