Stay flexble. Make sure to separate your email address from the mail hosting provider. This means: Register your own domain at some domain registrar. I would advise to only use this domain for mail, because this makes things easier. Then pay another(!) company to host your mail for that domain. I've heard good things about FastMail[1], but other mail companies provide this service as well.
