What's the best backend?

i dont have the amount of files limitation. i fetch email almost from internet, not local.
So what's the best mail backend for me(gnus-select-method)?

Your question isn't very clear, presumably because English is not your
primary language.  I hope this answers it.

nnml is probably the best choice for storing email in Gnus, by default.
It is the best tested back-end for local storage, and unless you have a
specific reason to use another format, is the best choice.

If you want to store your email on the server, nnimap is the best
choice.  This allows good remote mail access.

I'm sorry. Yes, English is not my primary language.

and how to change the back end, i.e from nnfolder to nnml, without lost any mail?

Please, don't apologise.  I was concerned that I had not understood your
question, rather than trying to tell you that you should adapt to my
poor language skills. :)

Slowly. :)

The only way that I know of is:
* add both backends to your configuration
* enter each source group
* select all articles
* copy them to the other backend (with B c in summary buffer)

I did this for my nnml to nnimap migration recently.  Not fun at all,
but it did work, and preserved all my marks.
