Trying to post an article containing iso-8859-1 characters to a native
group results in this backtrace:
Signaling: (void-function charset-after)

message-send-and-exit(nil)

The same thing happens when sending mail. I'm using a Mule-enabled
XEmacs and a current CVS version of Gnus.
