There is an old problem I used to have in gnus-cloud on emacs-27 and
emacs-28 has popped up again in emacs 30.1.
When I do gnus-cloud-download-all-data the command fails with the message:
File already exists: /home/sb/News/nntp+news.gmane.io:gmane.linux.debian.user.SCORE~
The fix is to allow an overwrite of the backup file
