Heh, I must confess that nnimap does not work with out company IMAP server (the article numbers are bigger than elisp allows) -- so I have never tried it. So -- if *you* have a working setup, I would be very happy if you could explain it to me, and then I will add it to the manual. ;) At the moment, it seems that I can just write that the same applies for IMAP, just use nnmail-split-fancy and nnimap-split-fancy instead? I did not understand the cache part, however. Are there other parts of the Gnus manual at this level of detail? Perhaps it would be more appropriate to write a little widget wizard.
