I'm not aware of one.  This mailing list, however, is a good resource.

Once you are comfortable with gnus as a simple news/email reader, in my
view the next things to look at are splitting to have emails end up in
the right folders automatically and scoring to get your emails sorted in
a more intelligent manner within a group.  These both help address the
issue of too much email.
