I currently have this

(setq message-forward-ignored-headers
"^Received.\\|^X-.*\\|^Thread-.*\\|^Return-Path:\\|^Message-ID:\\|^DKIM-Signature:\\|^List-Id:\\|^Accept-Language:\\|^Content-Language:")

Would it not be easier to have a 
"message-forward-include-headers", that ignores *all* but a small
selection of headers, like so ^From\\|^To\\|^Date\\|^Subject 

?

Yes, that makes sense.  Should be implemented when the feature freeze is
over.

I've now included this in Ma Gnus 0.10.
