The latter, perhaps. The "pain" in posting to a newsgroup with
to-address set consists of remembering to do the `a' command from
within the group, or to remember to put point on the group name and do
`C-u a'.
I always confuse to-list and to-address, so perhaps you need to swap
the two in the above paragraph. I'm talking about the one that's
documented to change the `a' command.
