They have got a packaging system, too, which supports automatic package retrieval and installation (similar to Perl). But it's a pity that some of the packages I consider essential hardly work on XEmacs (some quail input methods were apparently never tested on XEmacs 21.1.x, and ada-mode misses a few interesting features, too).
