In the server buffer, `a'dd the server with the nnmaildir method. Then
`e'dit the server definition to set the parameters to
(nnmaildir "home"
(directory "~/Maildir"))
hit `C-c C-c' to end editing, RET to enter the server group list, `u'
there to subscribe... All the usual stuff.
