Another aside: with the previously described config, marking some
messages as spam with M-d, then exiting the group, asks me "Really
delete these 42 messages forever?"
"Which 42 messages?" I think. "It must be the spam ones. But I
didn't tell it to delete the messages, just move them to
nnimap:INBOX.spam..."
