Subject: git svn dcommit from a local git branch to a new SVN branch
Date: Fri, 06 Aug 2010 14:05:01 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87zkwzpi4i.fsf@transitory.lefae.org> (raw)
I have a "git svn clone". I created a local git branch to do some
evaluating. Meanwhile, I continued developing on master dcommitting to
trunk. I'd like to "git svn dcommit" the branch commits on top of the
SVN revision they originally forked from so I can do the "merging"
through SVN so the merge history will be visible in SVN for other
developers. I created a SVN branch from the original fork SVN revision.
How can I dcommit the git local branch revisions to the new SVN branch?
Ross
