I have two active files, one for nnml, and one for nnfolder (which is
my archive for outgoing mail.)
/home/ssm/Mail/Outgoing/active
/home/ssm/Mail/active
nnml updates the active file (/home/ssm/Mail/active) just fine when
getting mail the normal way, except that the mail I moved is not
visible. I'm not sure if the moved mail gets overwritten or not, I
could do a test if that would help.
My .gnus.el (or the relevant parts of it, minus header munger and
expire information) is located at http://www.rlyeh.net/~ssm/.gnus.el
