It is already. This is exactly what gnus-junk does. Please take a look
at <http://stud2.tuwien.ac.at/~e9426626/gnus-junk.html>.
If enough people find it useful, perhaps Ye Mighty Maintainer might be
pursued to include it in Quassia.
