I have just discovered (after somebody on debian-devel pointed it out to
me), that gnus supports the List-* headers as defined in rfc2369.
Could it be possible that gnus's List-Post header handling be done on a
per-article basis instead of per-group handling? This would seriously
rock, as the mailing list software could set the header such that some
messages get different List-Post headers (consider postings and followups
from non-subscribed people).

The feature actually is based on the last article your selected.
