Yup.  Well, since there is only one ding newsgroup, I guess the gateway
could bounce to the sender as if it were the mailinglist.  So if the
mailinglist would take the envelope `From ' address and insert in an
X-Enveolope-From: header or something, you could bounce to that address.
Otherwise I guess you'd have to take the address from Reply-To:, From:,
Mail-Copies-To: or whatever it's called, like normal mail clients.  And
probably don't bounce if the resulting address contains the text 'ding'.

Indeed.  You could check what happened to your or my previous message
about the subject, or this one unless it for some reason does reach the
newsgroup:-)

Or in the ding mailinglist.  Maybe it inserts MIME headers if it thinks
there are none.  Compare a failed original message with the message as
it looked in the ding mailinglist, i.e. this one if it too fails:-)
