Viewer is called sometimes, sometimes not

Viewer is called sometimes, sometimes not

For many attached PS files, the viewer (ghostview) is called.  For the
following, it isn't:

| Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="WrapperService.ps"
| Content-Transfer-Encoding: x-uuencode

What gives?  Is it because of the disposition?  How can I know
beforehand what will happen with the file?  Uudecoding and base64
decoding takes quite some time...

If this was a verbatim cut and paste, here's why.  What's an
application/postCript?  Someone forgot an s when specifying the type.
