Subject: Wrapping of To and Cc headers seems extremely slow
Date: Thu, 28 Feb 2002 15:44:02 -0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <a5mfs0$k99$1@quimby2.netfonds.no> (raw)
Every once in a while I get a spam message that has several hundred
addresses in the To and Cc headers. Displaying those messages with the
Gnus that I'm using (a bit behind the cutting edge of CVS) takes an
inordinate amount of time and garbage collection; forwarding those
messages to someone else takes even longer. I suspect the code recently
added to wrap headers for display.
Does this sound familiar to anyone else? Already fixed in CVS?
