It was nil, and looking at my configuration, I found that I had a
(standard-display-european t)
which is now marked as obsolete. I replaced it with
(set-language-environment 'Latin-1)
and Gnus doesn't complain anymore, but now, my mails are sent as QP, and
not 8bit. How do I get 8bit back?
