Two bugs I've fixed in the Gnus CVS trunk (type `M-t' in the
summary buffer to see what I mean) are:

[-- Attachment #2: 問題1 --]
[-- Type: text/plain, Size: 168 bytes --]

Gnus encodes non-ASCII text in the Content-Description header
(for Gnus, it is given by the description token in a MML tag)
twice when forwarding a message like this.

Non-ASCII text in the Content-Description header is encoded twice
if a message contains a single part with a MML tag like this:

<#part type="text/plain" disposition=inline description="説明">
