I never mean your avatar is ugly, but I simply don't want to see
my face each time I read my message.  I have:

(setq gnus-article-x-face-too-ugly "Katsumi Yamaoka")

May I add a similar feature to gnus-gravatar.el?  A patch is
below.  Better idea is welcome.
