I'm getting a form of occasional spam where the Subject: header
contains an actual carriage return (^M, \015) character. Trying to
enter any nnml group in this condition results in an "end of stream
*nntpd*" error due to the confusion found in .overview.
Running recent No Gnus v0.4 under XEmacs 21.5.b22.

I couldn't reproduce it using "Subject: foo^Mbar" sent to me and
received by nnml. The field has been saved in the .overview file
as-is, not converted into a newline. Hmm...
