They are intended to display an arrow pointing to the MIME
button at the left fringe.  It is the same way as
`gnus-summary-set-article-display-arrow' does.  However, I
realized it is useless for some commands like `3 K i'.  I only
tested it with `2 K d' and `2 K O' things.
