Well, gnus-face-properties-alist is useful to Face as well as
X-Face.  Isn't there a chance to add an xref for this variable
in the Face node?

Sorry, I accidentally removed that when syncing from v5-10.  Please
restore.  BTW, the defcustom for `gnus-face-properties-alist' should
have a :version tag.
