Furthermore, the encoder divides a long Japanese text meaninglessly when encoding. Although it's not a bug, it annoys me and I'm also trying to improve it. Here's an example: Subject: Re: =?iso-2022-jp?B?GyRCPHc4Qkw1PHcbKEI=?= =?iso-2022-jp?B?GyRCOEJMNTheOWUkThsoQg==?= =?iso-2022-jp?B?GyRCJDkkakBaJGwbKEI=?= This header can be encoded as follows. It still honors the 76-column rule which is described in the RFC2047 section 2.
